Rossendales High Court Enforcement.
The Rossendales Group, through its companies Rossendales Ltd and Rossendales Collect, already has many years’ experience of enforcement in both the public and private sectors. We are now building on that experience, through our new company Rossendales High Court Enforcement, to offer High Court Enforcement for both High Court and County Court judgments together with the enforcement of Employment and Employment Appeal Tribunal awards; a new jurisdiction recently granted to High Court Enforcement Officers by the Lord Chancellor. This will enable us to provide a further service to our many clients whose feedback on our current work is a testament to our integrity and professionalism; an absolutely essential requirement for High Court Enforcement.
As with all our operations we are committed to taking a fair, sensitive and ethical approach to enforcing judgments. We provide a fair and balanced service to both creditors and debtors whilst also acknowledging our responsibility to the courts as High Court Enforcement Officers.

Transforming Bailiff Action
Rossendales welcomes the long awaited publication by the Ministry of Justice today of its consultation paper ‘Transforming bailiff action’. We hope that the consultation process signals the imminent introduction of new regulations under the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007. These are long overdue and necessary to address the antiquated processes that have been imposed upon our industry by centuries of case law and ad-hoc regulations from successive governments.
