Commercial Rent Arrears Distraint Authorisation

 

This service is completely FREE to landlords as all our fees are paid by the tenant.

We offer nationwide coverage and guarantee bailiff attendance within 24 hours of receiving the instruction(s).  If the instruction is received before 12 noon we will aim to action the same day.

We are able to act on your behalf for the collection of commercial rent arrears but the following must exist -

  • A tenancy agreement between the landlord and the tenant
  • The rent must be at least one day overdue
  • The landlord must not have already issued proceedings regarding the arrears
