North West Awards
Rossendales are delighted to be amongst 300 of the regions Finance Elite who will be descending on East Lancashire to see over 80 finalists’ battle it out for 12 prestigious awards.
The awards have been created to recognise excellence across the accounting and finance sector from purchase ledger and credit manager to financial controller and finance director. The last few years have seen some of the toughest times for five decades. The awards will help the survivors share best practice throughout the region in order to help others through the difficult times ahead.
Rossendales are amongst some excellent organisations including many blue chips companies including Crown Paints, Stobart Group, RSM Tenon, Lancashire Constabulary, Iceland Foods Ltd, The Hoseasons Group, IKO Plc and many more.
Rossendales have been shortlisted in The Outstanding Business Performance Award and Rossendales Finance Director, Roy Dexter has been shortlisted as Finance Director of the Year.
Rossendales Chairman Julie Green-Jones commented ‘I have always known that Roy was an unsung hero and I strongly believe that we have a finance department second to none in our profession. Roy deserves recognition for his quiet, but outstanding contribution to Rossendales success.’
