Paul Suffield - Collections Director
Paul has over 20 years experience within the Debt Collection and Recoveries industry working with a large number of high profile blue chip organisations within the UK. His areas of expertise are in the Banking and Finance, Utilities, Telecoms, Mail Order and Government Sectors. Paul has successfully managed large portfolios in excess of 2 M accounts per annum whilst achieving top quartile performance in all of the league tables.
His Senior Level operational experience and strategic knowledge places him at the forefront of the collections industry as an innovator of successful strategies to maximise returns on investment for business and consumer debt collections.
Paul joined the Company in 2008 from Wescot Credit Services where he was Head of Operations, to assist in the growth and development of Rossendales Collect and he has undertaken several projects which have lead to an increase in both the client base and operational efficiency. The success of these projects combined with his enthusiasm, knowledge and experience led to his appointment as Collections Director.
