Roy Dexter, Finance Director
Roy joined the company in April 2010 as Finance Director and his key areas of responsibility include, Performance Improvement, Project management, Information Systems, Quality, Human Resources as well as Finance.
Roy graduated from Westminster University in 1992 with BA (Hons) in Business Studies, later qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant, and more recently attained an MBA from Warwick University.
He has a wealth of experience having spent 20 years working within both the manufacturing industry and the service sector as well as training and delivering financial courses across a range of professional modules including Financial Accounting, Business Mathematics, Taxation, Management and Strategy.
Roy held Finance Director positions at CEMEX and Chubb Electronics Systems before joining Rossendales.
Roy will ensure the ongoing improvement and alignment of all back office and support functions as well as strengthening our ongoing relationships with external stakeholders. His excellent analytical skills, commercial experience and his strong background in strategic planning and delivery complements the Boards skill set to assist Rossendales to continue to grow successfully in our challenging markets.
