Writs Of Possesions & Compulsory Purchase Orders
Rossendales High Court Enforcement can enforce your orders for possession where the order is against trespassers or where the court has given permission for the order to be enforced by the High Court.
As High Court Enforcement Officers we are also able to enforce Compulsory Purchase Orders.
With our National team of enforcement officers, we can deal with the eviction normally within 48 hours of receiving the writ of possession.
